A large Louis XV style gilt brass mantel clock by Urgos, Germany, 20th century. The movement is marked "UW20008 / Urgos/ Made in Germany / Two (2) Jewels / Unadjusted / 186496."
Measures 23" x 17 1/4" x 8 1/2". Comes with a winding key.
It appears there were handles mounted to each side at one point that are not present. The clock dial is loose. The decorative fretwork panel on one side has a couple of small breaks with no losses. Overall aged appearance.
