Two vintage Navajo wool saddle blankets:
1. A double saddle circa 1960s, blanket with bands of gray, cream, black, and red. Measures 29" x 53".
2. A single saddle blanket, hand-spun wool yarn, circa mid-20th century, with bands of gray, cream, black, and red, and chevrons at the corners. Measures 30 1/2" x 31".
The double saddle blanket shows some scattered faint staining, and has several areas with snags or snapped threads with the warp showing through. One edge of the smaller single saddle blanket has a small tear to the end cord and surrounding yarn.
