Frederic James (Missouri, 1915-1985) Jefferson City, circa 1960 Watercolor on paper 10 3/4" x 27 3/4" (sight) A view across the Missouri River of the state's capitol, by Missouri's celebrated Regionalist watercolorist. Presented behind glass in a frame that measures 22" x 39". Provenance: From the corporate art collection of a Kansas City based Fortune 500 company, previously acquired directly from the artist.
Some wear to the wooden frame, but the watercolor remains in very good condition. Not removed from the frame.
