A grandfather clock in neoclassical architectural cherry case, by Elliott of London, first half 20th century. Nine tubes (Harris & Harrington), Westminster and Whittington chimes, three brass weights, hand-painted moon dial, removable bonnet. Measures 94" x 35" x 21".
Condition
Mild cosmetic wear to the case, including scratching around the escutcheons and to the base of the right column. Missing the escutcheon to the left side door. The backing silk is in great condition. The clock seems to be in fully working condition, including chimes at each quarter hour, but it has not been tested for time.
