A finely cast sculptural four-candle candelabrum by Elkington & Co. (Birmingham), depicting a conquistador with sword raised. English, circa 1876. Marked to the underside with Elkington's E&Co. crown-in-shield mark, production number 480, hallmarks, and an 1876 Philadelphia Exhibition (Centennial Exhibition) eagle mark.
Measures 22 3/4" x 11 1/4" x 8 3/4".
