An American Empire-style tufted green leather fainting couch crafted by Kroehler Manufacturing for retailer A. Victor & Co. (NY), circa 1920s-1930s. Carved stylized lion's head and paw feet.
Measures 29" x 78" x 32".
Several tufts are missing the button caps. Some moisture staining along one side. Small loss to the inside of one of the feet. There is a tear in the leather at the raised head (as photographed), obscured in the fold of a tuft.
