A four-drawer mahogany campaign bureau, the topmost drawer being a drop-front secretary desk. The desktop is inset with its original gold-tooled green leather. At the desk are eight compartments and six small drawers, flanking a single center cabinet. Stamped to the lock of the top drawer is the UK's "Lion and Unicorn" Royal Coat-of-Arms. Condition
The original leather inset is worn, including a tear along the seam of the fold-out drawer edge. Some stray cosmetic scratches and mild general wear, but good overall appearance. One of the hinges to the desktop's small center cabinet door has become unattached.
