Robert Sudlow (American, 1920-2010) Gray Landscape with Yellow Sign, 1973 Oil on canvas 42" x 50" A large rural landscape by the prominent Kansas painter. Signed and dated to the bottom left, and titled to the reverse. Presented in the artist's wooden frame measuring 44" x 52". Provenance: From the corporate art collection of a Kansas City based Fortune 500 company, previously acquired from the Johnson-Welsh Gallery in Kansas City, MO, who represented Sudlow at that time.
The oil is in very good condition, with no issues noted under blacklight inspection. The frame has a chipped loss to the bottom right.
