Signed to the bottom right, with three tags to the reverse (Allied Artists of America, Nelson Sales & Rental, studio of the artist). Presented behind plexiglass in a metal frame that measures 22 1/4" x 28". Larmer, a former student of William Dickerson, is a former professor of art at Kansas State University and a member of the Prairie Water Color Painters and Kansas State Federation of Artists.
Exhibition history: There is a tag affixed to the reverse indicating the piece was shipped for display at the National Academy Galleries (New York), though the date is unknown.
Condition
Very good condition, noting some scuffing to the plexiglass. The sheet was not removed from the frame.
