An old ornamental short sword, having a straight blade, polychrome banded hilt with unusually shaped cross guard, and a copper scabbard with engraved linear designs and a wooden knop. The origin is unknown.
The sword when sheathed measures 31 3/4" long. The blade measures 21 3/4" long.
Extensive oxidation to the blade and hilt.
