Margaret Bourke-White American, 1904-1971 Untitled TWA photograph, circa 1935 Silver gelatin print 10" x 7 1/4" Pioneering photojournalist and industrial photographer Margaret Bourke-White was hired in 1935 to photograph the planes and operations of TWA, Pan-Am, and Eastern Airlines. This composition offers dramatic perspective of the sun-kissed wing of a TWA Douglas DC-2 on the tarmac. "Bourke-White from Pictures, Inc." credit stamp to the reverse, and "655 DKC" reference number in pencil.

Condition

Very good condition, noting only mild creasing in the corners, not exceeding the white margin.
