A finely cast sculptural inkwell in the Louis XV style, with two removable pots, stamped "MILLET" to the back base. French, second half 19th century. Maison Millet was an award-winning workshop in the craft of fine French furniture and decorative arts in the second half of the 19th century, and created several designs for legendary ebeniste Francoise Linke.
Measures 4 1/2" x 11" x 7".

Very good condition. No liners in the ink pot or pounce pot.
