Signed to the bottom right. Exhibition tag to the reverse: "1968 Southern Shores Art Exhibit." Original white plastic frame with metal sight edge.
Some abrasions to the paint layer, scattered yellow spots on the surface, and a scratch to the paint layer encircling the head. Some warping to the white plastic frame and silver metal sight edge.
