A Sheffield silver inkwell and tray, created circa 1835 by James Dixon & Sons. Finely cast handles and feet, gadrooning, two original paneled glass pots, center hinged lid pot, and drawer. Marked to the underside.

Measures 4 1/2" x 12" x 7 1/4".

Provenance: The collection of Shirley Bush Helzberg.

Condition

Very good, original condition. The lidded pot has no liner.
