Gerald Nees (Indiana, b. 1938) Putting Hay for the Winter That Is Coming, 1977 Oil on canvas board 24" x 36" A lively and imaginative farming scene, signed to the bottom right, and titled and dated to the reverse. The reverse is signed "Painted by mouth by Gerald L. Nees / Cory, Indiana" (Nees is quadriplegic). Presented behind glass in a frame that measures 26" x 38". Provenance: From the corporate art collection of a Kansas City based Fortune 500 company.
Good condition, with some bowing to the canvas board.
