An antique French gilt brass carriage clock, hinged handle, rope-motif case, hand-painted blue Arabic numerals on porcelain, with decorative spandrels featuring overlays of two facing chimeras among scrolling foliage.
The front glass panel and one of the side glass panels each have minor chips at their corner. The clock movement is untested.
