Each is branded manufacturer's marks to its underside: the chair is marked "9/95" and the ottoman is marked "01/97."

Good to very good condition. The original assembly glue has come unfastened in some areas of the chair, which should be re-applied before use. No damage, breaks, or cracks observed on either the chair or the ottoman. Minor wear.
