An early Florence Knoll Credenza 4 Position, circa 1954-1961, rosewood and Italian cremo marble with chromed steel base, bearing a "Knoll Associates, Inc. 575 Madison Ave, NY 22" tag to the underside. Florence Knoll first designed the Credenza 4 Position in 1954, and in 1961 the company moved from 575 Madison Ave to 320 Park Ave.

The left cabinet is configured with a lateral file drawer and shelves, and the right cabinet is configured with shelves and four drawers. Measures 25 1/2" x 74 1/2" x 18 1/2".

Condition

Overall very good condition. The marble top is very good, noting a couple of very minor rough spots on the edges. The cabinet is very good, with very mild scattered scuffing from use. The chromed steel base in good, with some grime and residue accumulation.
