Condition
Generally good condition showing some wear from outdoor use. The arms and seat tops show wear and some sun fading. Seams at the top corners of the sofa and one of the arm chairs is loose. The glass top of the cocktail table has the finish wearing off at the two long edges.

Pick Up: Winning bidders must pick up their items on Tuesday, September 24th from 3-7pm. Winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup appointment time.
