An antique ruby glass hanging pharmacy show globe, circa 1890-1900. Czech-style enamel and gilt decoration. Possibly attributable to Whitall Tatum Company (New Jersey).
Measures 23" high plus an 11" hanging chain, and 13" in diameter.
Some metal elements show hairline cracks, though the piece appears to be stable. The decorations on the glass show minor wears.
