A brass ticker tape fire alarm telegraph register by Gamewell Co. (Newton, Massachusetts), with cast iron base, serial number 52416. Used by fire houses to identify the location of alarms that were set off around the city. Circa 1910s.
Measures 9 1/4" x 8 1/2" x 4 1/2".
A little bit of spatter and tarnish present. The inside of the beveled glass is dirty.
