A Grand Tour bronze of flying Mercury with marble base, after Giambologna (Flemish-Italian, 1529-1608). Circa early 20th century. Measures 30" x 10 1/2" x 6 1/2".
Condition
The figure's staff is broken off and missing, with some adhesive drips on the bronze in that area from an attempted repair. The marble base has a repaired break, and several chips.
