A pair of Czech Art Deco gilt bronze peacock boudoir lamps with fanned tail feathers of cut glass beads concealing a light socket, standing atop marble plinths. Circa 1930s. Each is marked "Made in Czechoslovakia" to the underside of the body. Each measures approximately 12 1/4" high.
The pair is in very good condition. Both have been tested and are in fully working order. No apparent losses to the beading, and no issues of note to the cast bronze peacocks. One of the two plinths has a little bit of loss on the back surrounding the drilled hole through which the cord is strung, and the other has an electrical cord that is a little bit stiff.
